We’d like to wish a great big “WELCOME” to the newest member of our Dockside team, Karen Ragan! Karen joined us in our sales office just a few months ago and we are thrilled to have her with us. She recently completed working at a new-construction condominium project in Center City, so she is well aware of the advantages of the Philadelphia city lifestyle. At the same time, she recognizes the appealing, “calming effect” of being situated on the water – so she understands how Dockside offers the best of both worlds. Karen also worked for Neiman Marcus and is able to offer her visual eye and unique aesthetic sense to help her customers in selecting the perfect home at Dockside, to complement their style.

“I’m glad to be here at Dockside,” Karen said, “and looking forward to meeting all our current residents, as well as welcoming many new ones to come!”

Interestingly, the number 7 has played a lucky role in Karen’s life! She worked for 7 years at the Philly condo project in Center City. She worked for 7 years at Neiman Marcus. So she wasn’t surprised when she first arrived at Dockside and noticed that our address is 717 Columbus Boulevard! And to top things off, on her first day with us, our lobby attendant showed her to her reserved parking space. Guess what number it was? 7, of course.
