Here at Dockside, we’ve always gone above and beyond to provide the finest services, amenities and conveniences for our residents. One of our newest services is designed to support our residents’ efforts to “go green” with their cars. Electric cars are always welcome at Dockside – and now more than ever! To accommodate our residents, we recently installed two electric car chargers (Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging Stations) on site.

This is just the latest in our line of vehicle-friendly amenities. While you certainly don’t need to drive much when you live at Dockside (we’re just a short walk from Penn’s Landing and plenty of high-end shopping, restaurants, nightlife and activities… PLUS residents can take advantage of a free shuttle bus that runs daily from our building to Center City, with a number of convenient stops)… we still offer ample indoor parking, with reserved spaces for each resident and free visitor parking.

Other services and amenities at Dockside include gated access, state-of-the-art security, a 24-hour concierge, an indoor pool and hot tub, a fitness center with cardio and resistance equipment, and a spacious Club Room for entertaining, which features a full catering kitchen, pool table, grand piano, large-screen TV and adjacent 4,100-square-foot terrace overlooking the river.
