Congratulations to our Grand Prize and Runner-up winners in our first-ever Dockside Billboard Contest! We invited Dockside residents to take part in this contest to develop creative new ideas for our Dockside billboard (located on I-95 in Philadelphia)… something new and original to attract renters and buyers to visit us or contact us to learn more about our unique Dockside lifestyle and current opportunities we have available. We weren’t too picky on submission requirements: ideas could be written, typed, sketched, or artistically presented in each resident’s own style.

Who knew we had so many creative residents living at Dockside? There were so many unique and clever ideas submitted that it made the judging very difficult. Everyone who submitted an entry was rewarded just for participating… but our top three winners were:

GRAND PRIZE: “STAYCATION REDEFINED” (Chris Stahley & Kenneth Yu)

We love the idea of Dockside redefining or re-imagining what a “staycation” can be. Living here, our residents really do feel like they’re on vacation every day, with our long list of resort-style amenities and first-class services. With so much to do here, or right around our building, who needs to go on vacation? Stay here at Dockside… and live it up. Kudos, Chris and Kenneth! Below is their submission, as they imagined it on a billboard. Our ad agency is currently working on our new billboard, using this creative concept.

Living at Dockside, you don’t have to choose between views. Our condos feature some of the city’s most spectacular views of the river, the city, the bridges and more. This is a great way of presenting that idea, Andries!

It all adds up at Dockside: everything you could want in city condo living. This idea presents our terrific benefits as a winning equation… and that’s why we chose it as one of our winning entries.
