One of our most loved and longest residents at Dockside is our good friend, Irv Starkman. Irv was kind enough to share his “love story” about living at Dockside and his move here back in the early 2000s… and it was featured recently in the Philadelphia Inquirer! Irv was intrigued with The Residences at Dockside from the first time he saw it, back when it was being built. He used to see the building every day on his commute into the city from Cherry Hill, NJ. After looking at 10 or 12 other places, he finally visited Dockside – and quickly realized that nothing compared to what was offered here at Philadelphia’s premier waterfront condominium community. We couldn’t agree more. Thanks for the kind words, Irv! We can’t imagine Dockside without you here as our “mayor”!
