Clubroom Renovations Coming November 2019!

We are so excited to announce that this fall, the Clubroom at The Residences at Dockside will be undergoing a complete redesign! Leading interior design firm, Gacek Design Group will bring a modern, luxurious update to the space for our residents to enjoy. The new design will blend seamlessly with the rest of the building’s interior while incorporating nautical and art deco elements. Using mahogany and distressed woods, combined with linen fabrics and historic colors, the updated decor will bring a feeling of understated luxury to the space. With new state-of-the-art kitchen appliances, ample seating, and a sleek new design, the updated Clubroom will expand the possibilities of the experience here at Dockside.  The new and improved Clubroom will be a great hub for entertaining and relaxing with friends and neighbors! Residents can take in spectacular views of the Delaware River from the oversized windows and access the expansive 4,100-square-foot terrace.
