One of the many reasons our homeowners love living here at Dockside is because there’s always something fun going on. We really are a very social community. One of our residents, Geno Vento, recently said it well when he said,

“Your neighbors here, they become like friends and family to you. And it’s a really nice mix of people – older, younger, every mix you can imagine. There’s a really strong sense of community.”

Just this past weekend, we had our St. Patrick’s Day celebration in the Sales Office, with shamrock cookies, green punch and other Irish-themed treats – including mini-shamrock plants for all our guests!

Last week, we also had a professional photographer on site to provide free photo sessions for brokers, to get new headshots for their business card, website and other professional materials.
