Catch a Movie Under the Stars this Week

There’s so much to do on the Philly waterfront, and all of it so close to home for Dockside residents!

One of our favorites is the weekly “Screenings Under the Stars” at Great Plaza at Penn’s Landing. Every Thursday night during the summer (July and August), you can catch a different movie for free on the big screen under the stars, on the bank of the river. It’s a great summer tradition – just bring a blanket or a lawn chair, cozy up and enjoy.

This week’s movie (showing Thursday, July 10) is the blockbuster, “Hunger Games: Catching Fire.” The movies start at dusk, usually between 8-8:30 p.m. – but make sure to arrive early for best seating.
