Dockside Sweetheart Reception: One Sweetheart of a Night
We had a terrific time last week at our annual Dockside Sweetheart Reception! Our sweethearts gathered in the elegant Dockside Club Room on Friday the 13th to enjoy some delicious Valentine’s treats, fun socializing and dancing to the great music of Robert Douglas Jennings, on the keyboard and sax. Living at Dockside, our residents are never at a loss for social or recreational opportunities. Long-time resident Irv Starkman has commented on the friendliness of the people here:
“We really are like a family here. The camaraderie is just great. Every second Thursday, a bunch of us get together, we bring food and wine. It’s a nice way to get to know your neighbors. Everybody looks after each other. In fact, they call me the ‘mayor’ of Dockside!”
For all of our residents, thanks for making Dockside such a wonderful place to live! And if you’ve never been to see us at Dockside, or if its been a while, come visit us soon! Our sales office is open Monday through Saturday from 10:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.; and Sundays from 12:00 Noon–5:00 p.m.
