There’s always something fun happening here at The Residences at Dockside, Philadelphia’s premier waterfront condominium community! Recently, our residents and other guests enjoyed a fun, informative Lunch & Learn presentation in our Dockside Club Room. Our guest was noted author and Philadelphia historian Harry Kyriakodis, who shared on the subject of “Philadelphia’s Lost Waterfront.”

We learned some fascinating facts about our city and the exciting, unknown history of our beloved Philly waterfront – including the original pier on which Dockside was built! And we enjoyed a delicious light lunch & refreshments, courtesy of Philadelphia’s historic and savory P&S Ravioli Company, with dessert from the absolutely delectable Brown Betty Dessert Boutique.
