It starts right at home, in your luxurious residence. Our spacious one, two- and three-bedroom condominium homes feature expansive private terraces and huge windows. That way, you can enjoy lots of fresh air, warm breezes… and Philadelphia’s most extraordinary city and river views.

Our spacious Club Room and our heated indoor pool are both surrounded by windows. This lets in natural light and reminds you once again of your spectacular waterfront location. And when the weather is right, you can relax or have a party on our 4,100-square-foot outdoor terrace overlooking the river. It’s one of the best-kept secrets on the Delaware!

Steps away from Dockside, there is so much outdoor fun waiting for you. Penn’s Landing and the Delaware River beckon every day. They offer everything from summer concerts and multi-cultural festivals to free outdoor movies under the stars, outdoor yoga, and other fitness classes. Enjoy a ride on the bike path, or a stroll or run along the river. The riverfront is also home to an array of boating clubs, yacht rentals, and cruise companies. You’ll also find kayak and paddleboat rentals – perfect for a beautiful day on the water.
